Established in 1991, we are a boutique client focused business with a head office in Melbourne which employs a team of advisors, researchers and property managers. Company Directors Gil Williams and Bill McHarg act as Principal Advisors to our clients. They are qualified Land Economists and Licensed Property Consultants, each with over 35 years of experience in the property industry.
Our objective is to create wealth for our clients through quality property investments. Our policy is to recommend only select properties that deliver strong yields with minimum risk, or have a potential for added value to increase future returns.
We specialize in all types of property, giving our investors a larger range of options for building their portfolio. Our network and focus is concentrated on the east coast of Australia where we have advised and assisted in the acquisition of properties from Townsville to Hobart.
