Gil Williams is a Land Economist and Licenced Property Consultant with over 35 years of experience in property. He began his career growing a successful estate agency Gil Williams & Co in Melbourne and Brisbane. During the nineties he also became involved in commercial developments in Queensland, but found his emerging role as an advisor the most satisfying.
He established a residential advisory in Melbourne before founding The Property Advisory, a business which allowed Gil greater use of his expertise in all property types for the benefit of his clients. Gil is dedicated to providing exceptional advice and services and has advised and acted in the interest of a range of clients, from individual and SMSF investors to multinational companies such as Rio Tinto, Caltex, AXA-National Mutual, and Comalco. Gil also applies his knowledge of the property market in his role as an analyst and speaker. Often quoted in the Financial Review as an authority on property investment, Gil is always up to date with current property market trends. He has written for The Eureka Report on the benefits of commercial syndicated property and he regularly holds seminars in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

who works closely with our
investors in both the early stages
and in the ongoing management
of our properties.
Jeanne comes with extensive experience from a
diverse business background. She has over 20 years
of experience at a senior level in both the public and
private sectors in client relationship management
roles.
Jeanne’s style is consultative and collaborative, with
a focus on delivery of high service levels not only
with our investors, but also our tenants as well as
our trusted advisors and suppliers.
