Adrian Jones FREI, FAPI, CEA (REIV), Dip. Mgt.

With over 35 years experience in Melbourne’s property market there is little Adrian Jones doesn’t know about buying, selling, investing and developing residential property.

Adrian is a licensed estate agent, qualified Valuer, accredited trainer and has been a recognised property writer and commentator for more than 20 years.  In his career Adrian has conducted over 4000 auctions including residential, commercial and rural properties.  Adrian is a fellow of the Australian Property Institute, a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia and holds a Diploma in Business management.

Much of Adrian’s career was spent with one of Melbourne’s leading multi office residential agencies where he attained the position of Sales Director and ultimately Managing Director.  He is now Chairman of a nine office agency group and is also a director of the peak industry bodies REIV and REIA; having previously been President of the REIV for two terms. 

There are few who possess more experience and knowledge of our residential property market.
