James (Jim) joined Buyers Advocate as Principal of our South East Queensland office based in Brisbane . Jim is a Licenced Real Estate Agent, a former Securities Dealer (Property Syndications) and a Property Developer. He has been a Buyer’s Advocate, Syndicate Manager and Investment Analyst in Qld since 1990.
He has a wealth of experience in acting on behalf of both private and corporate clients with services including acquisitions, leasing negotiations (both for Landlord and Tenant) and managed disposals. He has successfully provided his unique services to Clients in all Australian States.
