PAYMENT CONDITIONS
ALL PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS ONLY.
All prices are quoted excluding GST. Where the customer is located in Australia GST will be applied. Where the customer is located outside Australia GST is not applicable. Where a customer pays by cheque or direct deposit, goods will not be sent until funds are cleared.
SUPPLY OF GOODS
Goods will be supplied as a download unless otherwise requested. Where a customer requests a disk to be mailed a postage charge will be applied.
REFUND CONDITIONS
Tickets are not eligible for a refund. If the customer has technical difficulties Buyers Advocate will assist in rectifying the problem.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Overseas delivery: we email anywhere in the world. Where a disk is to be mailed Express Post will be used. Allow 2-3 business days in Australia and up to 10 days for International Express Post.
SECURE INTERNET PAYMENT
Buyers Advocate Australia Pty Ltd offers a secure online payment option through the National Australia Bank's "National Secure Internet Payment Service" (N-SIPS), providing an on-line and real-time facility to accept, authorise and process credit card payments. This facility provides security and privacy for both the customer and Buyers Advocate Australia Pty Ltd. The customer provides their credit card details directly to the National Australia Bank, and Buyers Advocate Pty Ltd receives an approval code from the National, guaranteeing payments. This payment option allows real-time authorisation and processing, accepts all major credit cards, i.e. Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once the customer has chosen the goods that are to be purchased from our web site, click on the 'Payment Button', which transfers the customer to the National Secure Internet Payment Service payment page. Input credit card details, confirm the transaction amount and acknowledge the terms and conditions of the service. A transaction record is generated advising if the transaction was approved or declined. Print or save this transaction record. At the same time, an e-mail confirmation is forwarded to you. The customer is automatically transferred back to the Buyers Advocate website.

Buyer's Advocate Australia Pty Ltd believes that your right to keep personal information private is very important.
Your account information is only shared with our partner companies. We do not share any of your information with other third party organizations. You will not be added to anyone else’s database with out your expressed permission. Any offers from third party organisations will be sent to you via us under our banner.
We are committed to protecting and maintaining the privacy, accuracy and security of your information and support the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Amendment (Privacy Sector) Act 2000.
