Caitlin has worked in real estate for close to 15 years, with experience in commercial and residential assets. She is a licensed agent representative and has a strong knowledge in Property and Facility Management.
Caitlin has a passion for real estate and her superior organization skills allows her to deal with multiple daily property challenges while maintaining great tenant relationships and adding value for TPA Investors. She brings a strong work ethic to the team and adds a balance of skills to the portfolio of assets under TPA management.
Sam Rycroft
Samuel (Sam) Rycroft is the Accounts Manager at The Property Advisory Group. Sam joined The Property Advisory team at the beginning of 2021 & has now been in the Real Estate industry for over a decade.
Sam has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) & Certificate 4 in Property Service (Real Estate).
Edith Wu
Edith is a Property Management (PM) expert and experienced Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the property industry.
Having worked over the last 10 years with leading property groups across Australia and Hong Kong, she brings a wealth of knowledge in the rental market, processes & training in PM, plus marketing strategies for local and overseas investors. Edith believes in building and delivering a great property management service with persistence and integrity.
Mark Rada
After completing a Bachelor of Engineering in Australia, Mark established his expertise in real estate Development working in Lend Lease for 28 years in various roles including his last posting as Commercial Development Manager at Melbourne Docklands. Mark then joined MGPA/Blackrock in 2008 based in Singapore as Project Director for Asia Square Integrated Office Development, comprising of a 305 room 5 Star Hotel, 200,000m2 Premium A grade office, 7,000m2 retail and 600 carparks with a total project value of approx. US$5B. In this role Mark was responsible for all aspects of the project including design, construction, approvals, project leasing, marketing, and coordination with project finance & asset management teams.
Mark relocated to Melbourne and joined TPA in 2022 to manage and coordinate development works with a focus on value add and innovation design solutions for Investors.
Hugh O’Brien
Hugh is a real estate professional with around 20 years of experience across property funds management, advisory, and capital transactions. During his career, Hugh has worked in both the Australian and various Asian markets.
Hugh has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance major) from Monash University and has a registered real estate license.
Harley Jobb
With his 15-year international real estate career across Australia, China, and Canada, Harley brings a wealth of experience across site acquisition, construction, and commercial leasing.
Transacting in multiple markets, Harley has developed strong regional networks and brings deep insight to drive new acquisitions and refine quality tenant leasing.
As part of TPA’s commitment to sustainability, Harley will continue to develop the ESG program to drive energy-efficient initiatives, promote environmental and social responsibility, and improve governance.
Andrew Leppinus
Andrew started his career with Anderson and Ernst and Young as an accountant within their audit divisions with a focus on audits, financial reports and also assisted on tax and financial matters for and in SME’s.
Andrew then then joined Multiplex/Brookfield and was involved with all aspects of property management, investment and advisory for both internal and external customers. Andrew was Operations Director with 1100 staff and managing over $1b Revenue. Andrew joined as Director of TPA in 2022 and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia (ICAA).
Siwi Bestari
Siwi is the CEO Assitant, Administration and Marketing at The Property Advisory Group. Siwi is in charge to assist with all administrative tasks, including scheduling and team correspondence. Educated in Australia and Indonesia and having held positions in sales & marketing in her past job experience, Siwi assists The Property Advisory Group in developing promotional campaigns including digital and social media marketing.
Bianca Ross
Bianca Ross is a commercial marketing advisor with over 20 years’ international client and agency experience across the property, building and construction, and consumer goods industries. Using her strong communication skills, Bianca collaborates with key stakeholders to understand their objectives, and delivers actionable strategies to achieve results.
Bianca holds a Masters of Marketing degree, and Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Arts. She is also a published author and writer.
Rika Sukmaputri
Rika has a background of IT and Data Management and is a detailed-oriented member of TPA. As the Data Support, Rika oversees updating and verifying information accuracy for the systems TPA utilizes for internal and external auditing purposes. At The Property Advisory Group, Rika supports team members in providing top-quality property management services by maintaining the integrity of information to keep the business current.

Yanthi is a finance manager at The Property Advisory with a background in accounting. Prior to joining the company, she worked as an accountant, gaining valuable experience in financial analysis, compliance and reporting. Her expertise in finance and accounting has made her an integral part of the team as The Property Advisory grows.

Audrey has worked in various finance roles at blue chip companies across APAC and brings cross-industry accounting experience with specialised expertise in financial management.
As TPA’s Accounts Manager, Audrey’s attention to detail and proactive involvement across all aspects of financial operations sees her meticulously manage all aspects of finance, and her strong knowledge of systems and processes ensures accuracy and efficiency across accounting functions.
